I moved to Los Angeles after 16 years living in London, and a career spanning real estate, wholesale banking, and entrepreneurship, and more than a few conversations with people who'd made the same move and wished they'd had better support doing it.

Starting my career in London real estate after University was where my passion for the industry began. I worked at some of the best real estate companies in the city, learning the business in luxury neighborhoods such as Notting Hill, Holland Park, Kensington and Pimlico. More importantly, I learned how to work with clients, how to find solutions to often challenging problems and how to navigate one of the world’s most demanding real estate markets.

The next phase of my career moved into wholesale banking, and I spent nearly five years as a risk professional at HSBC, working in London and Dubai. This work taught me valuable skills including analyzing deals, understanding risk, thinking in numbers, and that has gone on to shape how I approach real estate. I don't get swept up in the emotion of a transaction. I look at the fundamentals, give honest advice, and focus on outcomes that actually make sense for my clients.

I also co-founded The Vurger Co, a plant-based food brand that grew to four UK restaurants and international retail distribution. Building and scaling a challenging business from scratch teaches you things that no amount of industry training does. It teaches you about people, about pressure, about making clear decisions with incomplete information. I bring all of that into how I work with clients today.

I also co-founded the business advisory firm, Silverwood Rose, which helps fast-growing brands to scale effectively. This continues to present me with challenges to solve, and we are very proud to support some fantastic businesses through our work.

I am a keen golfer and if I am not at work, that’s likely where you'll find me! I’m food crazy, so I’m thoroughly enjoying all the wonders Los Angeles has to offer. I'm still discovering new things across LA, and I live in East Hollywood with my partner Rachel, working out of the Keller Williams Larchmont office.
