    Tier 2 - Search & Screen

    Everything in Tier 1, plus I tour your shortlisted apartments for you.

    I'll visit up to five properties in person (or more on a more bespoke arrangement, as needed), film a walkthrough video of each, and send you a full written summary, condition, layout, the building, the street, anything worth flagging.

    Eyes on the ground, without you having to take time off work or book a flight.

    You decide which one to go for, and you take it from there.

    Tier 3 - Full Representation

    Everything in Tiers 1 and 2, plus I represent you through the deal, from start to finish.
